An individual Mexican lobby card from any of Elvis Presley’s movies is usually not that hard to find. But to have all 8 lobby cards (from any movie) together in one collection will probably take quite a long time. And to have the complete set of 8 lobby cards including it’s original Filmstudio envelope is something that rarely happens.
But that is exactly what we have here!
While the lobby cards are printed on heavy cardboard material, the envelope is made out of very (very!) thin paper. This explains why individual Mexican lobby cards are regularly on offer in online auctions and the original envelopes are impossible to find. Even the envelope in this otherwise 100% mint and very well preserved set hardly stood the test of time.
These lobby cards measure 16 x 13 inch. The envelope is of course a little larger.

That’s right … with the envelope to go with it … it makes it a real nice find.
I have 5 of the 8 … what’s really nice to add is that these are a tiny bit smaller than a regular size Mexican still.
